The 2024 New Jersey and New York International Pageant is being held March 8-10 at the Crowne Plaza Princeton.
DIVISIONS
MISS PRE TEEN
Each year, two Miss Pre Teen winners will be selected for each state. The winners will be crowned Miss Pre Teen New Jersey & Miss Pre Teen New York International. The first runner-ups will be crowned Miss Pre Teen Garden State International & Miss Pre Teen Empire State International. Miss Pre Teen contestants must be a minimum of 10 years of age and no older than 12 years of age by July 1st of the competition year.
*All 4 Miss Pre Teen winners for New Jersey & New York International will be required to attend and compete at the national competition in Tennessee, in July of the competition year.
*Miss Pre Teen rules and regulations are in coordination with the International Directors.
MISS TEEN
Miss Teen contestants must be at least 13 years of age, and no older than 18 years of age by July 1st of the competition year.
*The winners of Miss Teen New Jersey & Miss Teen New York International will be required to attend and compete at the national competition in Tennessee, in July of the competition year.
*Miss Teen rules and regulations are in coordination with the International Directors.
MISS
Miss contestants must be a minimum of 19 years of age and no older than 30 years of age by July 1st of the competition year. Miss contestants must be single and never married.
*The winners of Miss New Jersey & Miss New York International will be required to attend and compete at the national competition in Tennessee, in July of the competition year.
*Miss rules and regulations are in coordination with the International Directors.
MS.
Ms. contestants must be a minimum of 30 years of age and no older than 56 years of age by July 1st of the competition year. Ms. contestants must be single, divorced, married or widowed.
*The winner of Ms. New Jersey & Miss New York International will not compete at the National Competition. This title will be a state title only. Ms. New Jersey & Ms. New York International will receive an official crown and sash and attend appearances throughout the year.
*Ms rules and regulations are at the discretion of the New Jersey International Directors
MRS.
Mrs. contestants must be a least 21 years of age and no older than 56 years of age by July 1st of the competition year. Mrs. contestants must be married a minimum of 6 months by July 1st of the competition year, and she must be residing with the spouse.
*The winner of Mrs. New Jersey International will be required to attend and compete at the national competition in Tennessee, in July of the competition year.
*Mrs. rules and regulations are in coordination with the International Directors.

Second payment is due 60 days after application submission (Amount varies based on division).

AREAS OF COMPETITION
Below are the areas of competition for the state and national competitions.
PERSONAL INTERVIEW
All divisions will compete in the Personal Interview Competition:
30% (of overall score) for Miss Pre Teen
40% (of overall score) for Miss Teen and Miss
50% (of overall score) for Mrs., and Ms.
Interviews will be conducted between 5 judges and contestant. Miss Pre Teen contestants will have 2 minutes with each judge, all other contestants will have 5 minutes with each judge. No political or religious questions allowed. Private interview will be scored 1-15 and the On-stage portion of interview will be scored 1-5. The On-Stage portion will consist of a 30-second platform statement followed by a random (fishbowl) question with 30 seconds to complete the answer. Each contestant will need to have a platform/cause for which she will speak on during her year. Dress for interview is Business Attire.
EVENING GOWN
All divisions will compete in the Evening Gown Competition:
35% (of overall score) for Miss Pre Teen
20% (of overall score) for Miss Teen and Miss
25% (of overall score) for Mrs., and Ms.
Each contestant will wear her own personal choice of a floor-length evening gown. Each contestant will be judged on grace, poise, and elegance in Evening Wear. Mrs. Contestants will be escorted on stage by their husband for the evening gown competition, a substitute escort will be provided if your husband can not attend. Gown choice must be registered with a photo with the State Pageant Office in order to avoid duplication.
FITNESS WEAR
Only Miss Teen, Miss and Mrs. divisions will compete in the Fitness Wear Competition:
20% (of overall score) for Miss Teen and Miss
25% (of overall score) for Mrs.
*No Fitness Wear competition for Miss Pre Teen, and Ms.
You must wear the official aerobic wear. Each contestant is required to purchase their official aerobic wear from The Competetive Image, which is not included in your entry fee. The approx cost of the official aerobic wear is $200. You may order either a sports bra or tank top. PLEASE NOTE garments are NOT returnable and we recommend ordering one size larger than normal. Shoes must be a WHITE athletic shoe and be worn with no-show socks and NO PANTYHOSE. Each contestant will be judged on being physically fit, energetic, and healthy. Miss Pre Teen, Ms. and Ms. Woman do not compete in the aerobic wear competition.
FUN FASHION
Only Miss Pre Teen, Miss Teen, Miss, Ms. and Ms. Woman will compete in the Fun Fashion Wear Competition:
35% (of overall score) for Miss Pre Teen
20% (of overall score) for Miss Teen and Miss
25% (of overall score) for Ms. and Ms. Woman
*No Fun Fashion competition for Mrs. competitors.
The Fun Fashion Wear portion of the competition is designed to provide each contestant an opportunity to express her own personal sense of style. Fun Fashion Wear attire should consist of something that you would wear on the red carpet or to a dressy celebration like a New Year's Eve party. Think of glitz, glam, and dressy; but not casual or sportswear. It's more fun and flirty than an evening gown and may be a dress or pants outfit. It should not be another evening gown. Each Contestant will wear her own personal choice of fashion wear, but, it must be registered with a photo with the State Pageant Office in order to avoid duplication.

The following are the official rules and regulations of the Miss, & Mrs. International®. Contestants must read and adhere to the following rules and regulations in order to participate in the International® program.
To be eligible as a contestant:
•Miss Pre Teen contestants must be a minimum of 10 years of age and no older than 12 years of age by July 1st of the competition year.
•Miss Teen contestants must be a minimum of 13 years of age and no older than 18 years of age by July 1st of the competition year.
•Miss contestants must be a minimum of 19 years of age and no older than 30 years of age by July 1st of the competition year.
• Mrs. contestants must be a least 21 years of age and no older than 56 years of age by July 1st of the competition year.
•Mrs. contestants must be married a minimum of 6 months by July 1st of the competition year, and she must be residing with a spouse.
•She must be a born female married to a born male.
•Contestant must be of good health & moral character.
•Miss contestants must be single, never have been married, nor given birth to a child.
•Contestant must never have been convicted of a felony crime.
•Contestant may not hold a “National” title with any other Pageant System, as of June 1st of competition year or a State title in any other system by the date of the state pageant.
•Contestant must be a U.S. citizen and either attends school in the state of her entry, owns property or is employed in the state of her entry, or resides in the state she is representing. prior to July 1st of the competition year. International contestants may represent the Country they were born in or currently reside in. International contestant must have proof of birth or current citizenship of country she represents.
•A contestant may be selected to participate as a delegate "at-large" if there is no competition in her area, state / region or country.
•Contestant will be subject to a nonrefundable registration fee. State and country fees may vary.
•Contestant must never have nor will she during her reign pose for any photography, video or film associated with nudity or pornography. Nor has she ever or is presently involved with any type of employment involving partial or full nudity.
•Any contestant and/or family member or guest showing less than sportsman like behavior will lead to the disqualification of the contestant. No refund will be given under these circumstances.
•All decisions of judges at the Local, State / lnternational and National level are final and irrevocable.
•Contestant agrees to abide by all rules and regulations of the Regional, State and International competitions.
•Contestant will permit the International Pageant® and their licensees the right to use contestant's photograph for publicity purposes.
•Contestant will permit the International Pageant® and their licensees to televise live or by use of film or videotape any portion or all of the competition.
•Contestant understands that the International Pageants® reserves the right to change the dates & location of the national pageant.
Contestant understands that if selected a winner of her competition, that for one year her professional affairs, as said winner, will be under the sole management of the International Pageants® and /or their licensees and that she will not give any written or oral endorsements commercially, without the expressed permission of said same. Contestant further acknowledges that all rights for any appearances, endorsements, speaking engagements, acting roles, etc. resulting from winning or being a contestant in any regional, state or international competition affiliated with the International Pageants® shall belong exclusively to same. These rules and regulations are subject to modification, as needed, without prior notice. Pageant reserves the right to make said modifications at its sole discretion.
